Bob was first licensed in Real Estate in 1989 and has worked extensively in the Richmond, Ladner and Tsawwassen communities selling residential real estate since that time. He has held positions with Homelife Southpointe Realty, Park Georgia Realty and has managed the Realty World Westcoast offices in both Ladner and Tsawwassen from 1994 to 1997. This office then amalgamated with Remax ProGroup Realty where it now enjoys a 68% market share in South Delta.

The team now consists of Bob and his wife Linda a licensed assistant.
