My Family
  • My wife, Linda, is also a licensed Realtor and plays a very important support role. (thank goodness!)
  • We have a 23 year old son who lives and works full time in Vancouver and I'm very proud of him. He is also part of the service team.
  • Our dog "Elliott" is our pride and joy.
  • The rest of my immediate family live in Burlington, Ontario.

My Real Estate Experience June 1994 to present
  • In May of 1997 our South Delta offices merged with Remax ProGroup to become the dominant Real Estate operation in the local market. In June 1994 I joined Realty World Wescoast to assist in the opening of their Ladner and Tsawwassen offices as a Selling Manager. My efforts were rewarded with attaining membership in the Medallion Club of Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver in 1996 and 1997. As a Company, we also have proudly grown from an office of 6 Realtors in 1994 to over 50 Realtors in 1996 with another 50 plus Realtors operating from our Richmond location. In 1994 I was elected to and served two years as a Director of the Richmond, South Delta Division on the Real Estate Board.

January 1991

  • Joined Park Georgia Realty in Tsawwassen and continued my marketing/service efforts aimed primarily at the local residential market. In 1992 I sold more Real Estate than any of the 32 other Realtors in our office. I was also a member of the Vancouver Real Estate Board Medallion Club and the Park Georgia Achiever's Club. I also assisted and played a support role in the on site selling of two river front condominium projects in Ladner, Riverwest and Shorewalk.

June 1989

  • Began my Real Estate career with Homelife Southpointe Realty in Delta. In 1990 I became a member of the President's Club.
